I have acquired extensive BA skills and experience across a variety of industries and projects within finance, banking and insurance, logistics, infrastructure, security, governance, records management, data migration, product development, as well as merger, separation, and business transformation. Many of these were large and complex projects with a mixture of agile and waterfall methodologies used. The acquired skills and experience, as well as disciplined time management, strong and consistent customer/stakeholder engagement has allowed me to provide a strong and valued contribution to project teams.My responsibilities have included defining and managing scope, documenting user stories, undertaking process and data analysis. In addition, I have led solution design, written detailed business, functional and training documentation, managed end to end planning, including implementation planning, milestone management and requirements traceability, as well as staff mentoring and user training.
