Conducted first article inspections for the machine shop. Conducted multiple dimensional audits per machine per day. Set up gaging for new jobs. Inspected calibrated and certified gages.

Ran CNC machines: made offsets to programs, changed tooling, zeroed out new tooling, measured parts, conducted CP and CPK evaluations.
