All American Containers, a Veritiv Company is a leading distributer of rigid packaging and complimentary items that align with our overall packaging strategy. This assignment had two unique and primary components along with P&L responsibility for the region. I performed triage at an underperforming business unit in Northern California and the northwest while also expanding our presence throughout the western United States.

Responsible for inventory, revenue and profitability in the Western United States. My team included 9 sales managers with just over 100 salespeople who generated approximately $700MM in sales. I helped develop and drive our national print strategy for a $3B business.

Responsible for P&L, operations and sales at one of the fastest growing companies in south Florida. We consolidated three separate manufacturing sites while growing revenue and profitability during my tenure.

I was recruited to start a business for Ferrostaal Equipment Solutions which was owned by IPIC at the time. My responsibility covered all aspects of Ferrostaal’s North American business. I led the development and growth of a sales and service network which included distributors for capital equipment across the U.S. and Canada. Our products were manufactured by partners that we represented from across the globe.

Responsible for developing and implementing U.S. strategy for sales and service of capital equipment to customers in manufacturing, commercial and in-plant printing. Our technicians and salespeople generated over $100MM in revenue.

Worked up through sales to become General Manager of xpedx in Northern California with P&L responsibility for a $100MM+ business unit. Division consistently was one of the company’s highest for sales and EBIT. Successfully led two business turnarounds, significantly improving revenue and EBIT.

Consistently ranked among the top salespeople. My portfolio of products included print and packaging items sold to small, medium and large companies in a variety of industries.
