Managed field operations for 30-70 Sworn and Non-Sworn Law Enforcement personnel for a 4 county area that included both densely populated and remote rural areas. Served as a first line supervisor to Troopers and Corporals assigned to the Bureau of Investigations assigned to the West Palm Beach office of the Southern Region of Florida, which encompassed a 7 county region. Was responsible for scheduling, review of subordinate administrative and investigative reports, personnel evaluation and development. Simultaneously maintained active caseload as a criminal investigator. Nature of of investigations included: odometer fraud, title fraud, drivers license fraud, auto theft, identity theft, and related crimes as well as and official misconduct of employees of the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
