I have taken EMtel from a one-man operation offering cheap calls to a complete telecommunications provider offering a full range of products to business customers. The market is now shifting from traditional systems to cloud-based solutions. This allows organisations to have a full range of services without needing to purchase expensive equipment. In recognising the importance of this, EMtel has partnered with ICC networks to deliver our own bespoke platform. This offers flexibility in our solutions and pricing as well as giving more control to our customers and partners.My key responsibilities at EMtel have been to sell and market our service; to recruit, manage and train EMtel employees; to negotiate with our suppliers and to ensure we have an appropriate range of quality products that match our customers’ needs.

I started in 'win-back' where I would convince medium sized business who had left BT to come back. My final position was in Corporate Accounts where I account managed several major clients, including Experian and Next.
