With over 25 years of experience as an EH&S Project/Program Manager and Environmental Geologist, I am passionate about ensuring the health and safety of workers, customers, and communities, as well as protecting and preserving the natural environment. I hold professional geologist licenses in three states and have extensive knowledge of US regulations, international regulations, as well as and international and US Military standards related to environmental management and compliance.As the Environmental Manager - Americas at Wilsonart, a leading manufacturer and distributor of engineered surfaces and laminates, I ensure continued certification under the ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system and the ISO 14001 environmental management system across multiple sites. I also manage the hazardous waste management program, environmental assessment and remediation of contaminated properties, and pollution prevention and waste reduction initiatives. I collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with Wilsonart's environmental and social responsibility goals and to foster a culture of environmental excellence and continuous improvement.
