I have worked for many janitorial companies at different capacities, and have owned my own business. I started as a cleaner with no experience in 1984. After a few years of experience and learning much about the industry, I became the cleaning manager at a 24 hour grocery store. While I was at this store, I was interviewed and chosen to be the 'test dummy' for a new floor care program which included the all new Vectra floor finish, and the new Tenant autoscrubber and battery burnisher, (I'm showing my age now). This is when I figured out how to use the autoscrubber for scrubs and strip work; I think that was in the late 1980's. In 1992 I started my own business, and maintained many retail stores, office buildings, and other commercial facilities in the Buffalo, NY and surrounding areas. When I moved to the Carolina's, I worked as a manager for a couple of janitorial service companies. Most notable was when I worked for a growing franchise company as an operations manager. My duties included training many franchisees, (classroom and hands-on), maintaining customer satisfaction, and working with the sales and management team to grow the business, and expand the types of work they pursued. During that time, (about 15 months), we doubled the company's market growth. I then became a franchisee to handle it's largest customer. After 3 plus years of success with that, a personal situation came up that caused me to sell the franchise and leave the area. I am still in the Carolina's, and now have the ability to go any where in the southeast that offers a great opportunity for me to help others in this industry..

No matter what job I have done in life, it's always been customer service oriented. I consider great customer service and problem solving to be extremely important. A genuine desire to satisfy people, and solve problems is the True key to business success. I also enjoy helping others succeed, whether it's business or personal. One of my favorite things to do is to help a business grow and succeed. I also strive to keep learning, you can't stand still in this or any business, if you want to succeed, and be able to pass it on to others.
