    The professional experience I acquired while employed at the bank, set the foundation for my success. State Street gave me the opportunity to gain a wide variety of knowledge and experience within corporate banking. I’m very grateful for the many personal relationships formed while working there. I was hired into the bank in October of 1990 as an entry level employee.Through hard work and perseverance, I achieved continued success and various promotions, ultimately leading to a senior management level. There were many positions and functions in between, which include but were not limited to:• Global Securities Lending Division – Senior Management (Officer): - 2000-2003:Directed two groups of staff & managers, accountable for daily stock loan & collateral activity for $40 billion book of stock lending business, worked directly with SSgA’s financial accounting department, trading desk & credit risk department, served as primary contact for internal & external audits, drafted & maintained compliance procedures as well as disaster recovery processes & procedures and was instrumental in the development, testing & implementation of a new proprietary system (SLE). • Retirement Investment Services Group – Manager: - 1998-2000: Managed staff, product development, oversaw discount broker & trustee accounts, monitored 400+ contracts for monthly book/market values, produced proper billing for SSgA’s Stable Value Group, approved rollovers & liquidations for brokerage accounts. I was also a major contributor to the development, testing & rollout of a new system database (WRAP).• International Securities Operations Division – 1990-1997:Cash & securities settlements, client service work, liaison for international sub-custodian banks within the European and Asia Pacific markets, a hand selected member of a large-scale system conversion team. I also served as a group Team Leader, responsible for specific projects and rolling out management directives to the group.
