Designed and developed an internal issue tracking system that aggregated data from device and user activity. Created a robust rules engine to manage automated recovery or escalation appropriately. The system also served as a reporting tool to determine root cause of widespread issues.

Developed and maintained all customer-facing systems using Ruby on Rails. Applications included a consumer-facing web portal and a Roku app to dynamically deliver in-store advertisements. A large system of Ruby background workers enabled the collection and processing of store data to improve Ad quality and conversions.

Monitoring of internal and external networks as well as tracking and troubleshooting network issues with internal equipment, WAN connections, ISP connections, and third-party providers. Assisted in maintenance and testing of system upgrades. Refactored internal tools to improve the alerting capabilities, ticket monitoring, incident tracking, analytics, and log filtering.
