Team Leader of Edmonton Desktop Support, End User Compute hardware asset and Vendor management along with Workstation Architecture.Prior, I was team leader for a desktop support team working in a complex environment for a large utility company (ATCO). I pride myself in execution excellence and superb customer service and communication skills. I have several years of experience leading this team and participating in various IT projects. I love the constant challenges this role provides and dealing directly with our clients on a daily basis. Played a critical role in the assisting with the disaster response to the floods in High River, fires in Slave Lake and most recently Fort McMurray.
