The Forum for People with Disability Sierra Leone (FDP-SL) is a Charitable and non-profitable organization working across Sierra Leone to transform the lives of physically challenged people, vulnerable children and orphans in Sierra Leone.The goal of the organization is to serve humanity especially physically challenged people, to enhance dignity, protection, and empowerment and to ensure that their life matters irrespective of situation. The organization was inspired by the Founder’s personal struggled as physical challenged and his passion for service to humanity and his heartfelt desire to transform the lives of people with disability. Responsibilities Include: Directing all operational aspects including distribution, customer service, human resources, administration and sales in accordance with the bank's objectives. Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for bank personnel.

Primary Responsibilities:• Input Loans and savings data into a computerized Management Information System- Loan Performer (LPF) for loan portfolio tracking and reporting.• Required to support C2B core business of microfinance by TIMELY posting and maintaining of data accurately and reliably and providing support to the Loan officers and the manager in understanding the portfolio changes. Also generate the reports to the branch team from the Loan Performer. Specific Responsibilities: 1. Input factual and supported data which is properly approved into the loan performer computerized loan portfolio tracking system. 2. Communicate and cross-check with branch staff to ensure that all information is submitted to head office according to policies and procedures. 3. Accurately record microfinance operations (Loan and savings) data from the branches timely and accurately in the loan performer. 4. Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in the MIS all the time. 5. Assist in producing complete, accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, annual and other portfolio reports.
