I have worked in the roller business for 24 years. I have knowledge and experience in all processes of roller production. Currently, I manage our machine shop and am responsible for all of the following areas: Scheduling, Purchasing, Engineering and Design, Training, Overall management of the department, Technical Advisor for all departments. I also am knowledgeable in manual and CNC machining(lathe and mill), welding, roller construction and design, Roll balancing, compression mold design and production. I feel that my strengths are in my ability to communicate and lead a group of individuals to a common goal. I am also very comfortable in a training/teaching role.
