I was invited to join Dermot Keogh at Keith Holland Opticians in Cheltenham soon after he had purchased the practice. Although a profitable business Dermot had big plans and soon realised that an extra pair of hands with different skills was a must, it would help speed up changes and would result in a better more profitable business.We worked closely together to reduce cost, improve resource use to maximise profits and developed a unique customer experience. I started working with UKICT Ltd as “Company Development Advisor” due to a dramatically changing IT market that had resulted in them finding it harder to keep and win new business.
