My journey in healthcare and technology has always been about helping patients through innovative solutions. For the past 20 years in the medical device industry, I’ve seen and been part of advancements that have changed healthcare worldwide.I started as a cardiovascular technologist in the cathlab, where I learned how precision, care, andteamwork could save lives. That experience sparked a desire to make a bigger impact beyond the clinical space, leading me to leadership roles where I could influence market trends and strategy.I’m always asking, “How can we make this better?” Whether it’s launching a new medical device or finding ways to bring technology to underserved areas, I focus on improving what’s already there. Throughout my career, I’ve had the chance to lead diverse projects, from building new sales divisions to guiding product launches that set new standards of care. With launching and selling multiple market changing products, building global team, helping to publish over 30 articles and being awarded 15 patents, my work has spanned multiple continents, always aiming to expand market reach and make impactful technology accessible. My experience in the medical device industry gives me a deep understanding of both the clinical andbusiness sides, allowing me to connect the dots between innovation and patient care.Outside work, I enjoy activities that mirror my professional values. Cooking allows me to blend creativity and precision, much like my approach to innovation in healthcare. I also enjoy playing chess and reading, as they keep my mind sharp. Volunteering at my church reminds me of the importance of giving back and music—whether it’s blues or classical—serves as a constant source of inspiration and balance in my life.I’m always open to connecting with others who are interested in advancing medical technology.
