Working with First Solar on the Desert Sunlight Project. It is one of the largest solar farms in the world currently under construction. I am tasked with working with the schedule and costs associated with the project.

Assisted with the development and implementation of cost control support through resource allocation on the Sunrise Power-Link project, a 1.9 billion dollar project. Prepared and Issued Primavera P6 schedule daily for all SRPL personnel. Utilized Primavera P6 for daily scheduling resource allocation of up to 150 personnel for the project. Assisted with environmental compliance and mitigation measures meeting through Primavera P6. Assisted with converting the daily schedule from an excel format to Primavera P6. Managed Biological, Archeological, Native American, and Paleontological resources.

Work with various projects and scopes of work including divisions 6, 10, & 12. Responsibilties included but were not limited to setting up a budget for each project, maintaining over-billing by invoicing, working with the superintendent to get the right people to complete the project, working with my teams project engineers to determine man power, vendor releases, and job site readiness. Our team worked on various projects from elementary schools, high schools and colleges, to hospitals, police & fire facilities, and major shopping malls.

Sales of major brand Printers, supplies, maintenance contracts and service. Provide individual company purchasing plans and cost analyses of year to date sales projection and usage for both large and small printing companies. Structure an annual purchasing plan in efforts to maximize cash flow and inventory. Responsible for increase sales within my region thru Networking, and direct contact with New Businesses, Marketing and current client base growth. Areas of responsibility are throughout Southern California although aggressive in search of Corporate accounts outside my area. *Company closed down

(Commercial Lighting) Multi Million-dollar bid coordinator, work directly with City and State agencies to include direct distributors contractors and consultants. Analyses of overall project plan to include client requirements budgets and city and state code requirements. Evaluate cost savings solutions; consider appliance / fixture replacement to energy conservation solutions, State and Manufacture rebates programs, identifying an overall return of investment. Responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals in addition to expanding market share. I have developed a network of vendors and manufactures of various products.

Commercial Lighting SalesDuties provided were to estimate project bids to commercial developers and contractors. Inform account clients of promotions / manufacture rebates and other cost saving solutions. Project management included controlling costs of equipment and returns. Ordering of supplies on a timely basis to minimum down time or backorders. Responsible for client data database entry of purchases, rectums, recalls as well as inventory control. Ongoing testing of new software, develop teaching techniques and coaching to all levels of associates.
