As a personal trainer I create a strong relationship with my clients. I take great pride in setting up goals and plans for my clients in order for them to see the results they want. I construct fitness plans and nutritional plans for each individual client based on their needs.

As a retail sales consultant it was mandatory that I have excellent people skills. My first priority was customer service. My philosophy is that I would treat every customer as if they were my mother looking for help. I took care of them in the best way I could. I would go the extra distance to let them know I could help them with their requests. On top of excellent customer service, my knowledge of the latest technology also had to be well above par. Especially with all of the new technology coming out constantly, I had to know the products in and out. I set up accounts, provided excellent customer service and helped customers with fixing anything on their accounts.

Circuit City taught me a lot about sales and service. I worked all over the store, starting in car audio and eventually flourishing in the TV and home theatre department. My job was to sell anything and everything possible with every TV and home theatre system. Again, knowing these products in and out was key.
