Lead technical resource and mentor for Advanced Services Applications Team. Responsible for training/coaching team members, acting as an escalation point, and assisting the Practice Manager with any other responsibilities delegated to me.

Day-to-day duties include: Architecture, deployment, and documentation of medium to enterprise IT infrastucture environments.Perform project related deployments of new infrastructure and migration of customer systems into our Cloud and Data Center infrastructure. These duties entail architecture, design, deployment, and documentation of customer environments, . Actively engaged in project work entailing the architecture, planning, deployment and documentation of new technology, meetings with customer IT staff and assistance in IT strategic planning, upgrading existing technology, or performing migrations of customer infrastructure, data, Active Directory and/or Exchange.Skills used include: Active Directory design/management/troubleshooting, SQL server tuning/ management/mirroring/clustering, Exchange Server design and deployments including high availability DAG and disaster recovery models with multi-site DAG, Exchange migrations from cloud and dedicated hosted Exchange, Active Directory management/design/troubleshooting/Migrations including multi-domain consolidations and cross-forest migrations of AD/Exchange using ADMT, Support for virtual machines on VMWare and HyperV, support/design/implementation of Remote Desktop services including highly available farm deployments with and without published applications, Citrix/XenApp farm implementations and support, SharePoint administration, load balancing using F5 BigIP, DFSR/DFSN deployments for both high availability and disaster recovery solutions, general Server OS support.

Administered and supported customer environments in a manage hosting model. Performed "S.P.O.C.", or Single Point of Contact, duties for many environments. These duties entail architecture, design, deployment, documentation and management of customer environments, meetings with customer IT staff and assistance in IT strategic planning.Skills used:Active Directory design, deployment, greenfield and updates/schema extensions to support new technologies and AD function levels, Exchange implementation, upgrades, migrations, and management including high availability and disaster recovery models, SQL server installation, tuning, and management including clustered and mirrored environments, SharePoint administration, Citrix farm deployments and adminstration, Remote Desktop Services and Terminal Services management and support.
