• Currently managing the Mechanical Systems Integration group (35 engineers and designers) for a $200M+ annual revenue manufacturer of locomotives.• Introduced project management concepts (work breakdown structure, level 3 scheduling, resource management, earned value, etc.) to engineering department, dramatically improving budget & schedule visibility.
