John and his staff endure a delicate balancing act in scheduling several hundred train trips per day, coordinating with several elements of railroad operations, dealing with old and temperamental railroad equipment, and finding solutions to squeeze out more seats per hour, amongst his many juggling acts. In spite of these hurdles, John and his team has mastered the art of doing more with less. John’s dedication to his position is second to none. I am honored and privileged to work with John.
