I was the Vice President for Imaging Services, Environmental, Food / Nutrition and Security at Staten Island University Hospital, I left Staten Island University at the end of 2013.In my capacity at Staten Island University hospital I had operational, budgetary and capital responsibilities, for 720 employees, at multiple locations across Staten Island. Operating budgets under my direction totaled $43 million dollars and annual capital expenditures were between 6 - 8 million. I have 30 years of management expertise, focusing on Radiology and ancillary department operations. Prior to joining Staten Island University Hospital, I founded, American Medical Imaging Inc., a radiographic equipment installation and supply company. I began my career at New York University Medical Center growing to have both technical and administrative responsibilities.I am a stock holder, Member of the Board and the Chairman of the Compensation Committee for Ineedmd a privately held innovative ECG medical device company. I also held the title of President and CEO for IneedMD.I am a member of the faculty in Wagner College’s business department, where I teach classes on “Understanding non Profit Management” & “Quality Management".
