Developed and Managed 7 Department of Labor (DOL) grants in 6 New England states.Trained and supervised over 40 employees in Case Management, Employment & Training, ETO Software and Networking. Provided one on one Case Management to clients to include counseling, resume writing, interview skills, processing of VA benefits and Federal and State education benefits. Developed and implemented a data base tracking system to ensure that all grants goals were monitored in accordance with DOL provisions.Served as an Ambassador for the Worcester Chamber of Commerce while representing the organization.Developed Networks for training and obtaining employment for Veterans in 6 New England states.

Participated in Company/Department of Labor (DOL) sponsored PAGs, Audits, Training Work Groups.Evaluated the performance and effectiveness of individual Homeland Security/Corrections programs to include training of instructors and implementing the programs at newley aquired Centers.Conducted written evaluations, improvement plans and related employment recommendations.Via the Team visits/PAG processes, ensure that programs and systems are in compliance with Center contract, DOL directives and Company SOPs. Drafted and implemented PowerPoint presentations for Homeland Security and Corrections Training in accordance with DOL standards.Served as lead Homeland Security/Corrections instructor for all Adams Centers in the U.S. to include training of students, and other assigned tasks to include proposal development, contract transitions, temporary assignment to a Center and development of performance measurement systems.
