Led the marketplace integration as part of a multi-channel strategy of solution selling, while exceeding financial goals. Created and implemented a company-wide Quality Management System, including the design and deployment of all delivery processes, systems, metrics and audit. Ensured training and compliance across Operations, Customer Service, Program Management & Sales, and Finance. Led the due diligence project for the sale of AssetNation to Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers.

P&L accountability of existing corporate customers and their asset management programs. Started the function from the ground up, ultimately leading a team of program managers responsible for the delivery of the programs, including asset sales, redeployment software, reporting, and quarterly business reviews. Served as the executive sponsor for customers in the Fleet, Energy, Insurance, and Government industry segments.

Accountable for SaaS delivery to multiple customers in the Telecommunications, Aerospace, and Transportation sectors. Included scoping professional services, management of development project teams, project management, and reporting. Managed project planning, budget development, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Led customer quarterly business reviews with executive sponsors to align goals and identify opportunities for increased business.

Initially, led the deployment and implementation of the supply chain software technologies for eSourcing and eProcurement programs for global procurement and sourcing teams. Provided sourcing process expertise on spend analysis, assessing internal customer requirements, formulating supplier negotiation strategies, and execution of the bidding process. Subsequently, led all aspects of procurement, sourcing and supply chain activities for a refinery complex and its joint venture relationships.

Designed and delivered custom eSourcing programs to support customer sourcing initiatives in the Oil & Gas sector. Delivered onsite customer solutions and managed completion of contract requirements.
