* Performing electrical fault localisation and reverse engineering (physical analysis) of process and product failures, as well as process evaluation at any production step. This work is based on scientifically and methodologically examination techniques that require a combination of highly skilled work with wide academic insight and understanding.* Performing analysis of non-failing processes or products for the purpose of their development, monitoring, evaluation or comparative characterisation. This includes electrical analysis and reverse engineering of process during its development, qualification and its yield ramping. Also supporting evaluation of early product design, as well as custom product modifications on new silicon.* Responsible to provide service and support to an internal or external customer by working with them in understanding first the failure mode and background of the problem. Subsequently, to perform relevant electrical fault localisation analysis, followed by reverse engineering steps to establish the physical failure mechanism and arrive to the root cause of the failure. Furthermore assess the possible impact of the failure and to continue providing further analytical support by evaluating subsequent containment's, fixes and possible further improvements.
