John is a qualified Millwright (Multi-skilled Artisan) as he completed his Trade Test in 2009. Respected for the experience gained working as an Artisan, and the knowledge accumulated during that period, he has become a preferred “go-to-point” for work seekers, our clients and account managers & researchers within the Group, who may need assistance with technical recruitment or career advice. Therefore, he is the ONLY employee, currently allowed the title as: Account Custodian; Technical & Artisan Recruitment. Manage client expectation by measuring each recruitment order; in terms of the realistic “placeability” of each job specification / recruitment drive, and providing constant, and honest feedback to the client. Drafting of adverts per recruitment order, identify advertising platforms, coordinate advert response handling, handle all application correspondence, shortlisting, compliance with statutory (National & International) provisions, interview scheduling, interviewing, final shortlisting, conducting reference(s). Responsible for ensuring candidates (who are shortlisted), pass stringent QUALTY CONTROL & ASSURANCE PROCESS, prior to referring candidate profiles to the customer. Worked on Mining and Minerals Processing Sites as Artisan Millwright, responsible for the predictive, preventative and breakdown maintenance of mining and/or minerals processing plants, including technical disciplines such as: * Mechanical, Electrical, Pneumatic and Hydraulics
