Started working with Bravado as a vendor (APE) making custom tee shirts and women's tops for their Bands Touring the US until the Spice Girls Tour when I was hired by Steve Miles (President) of the newly opened Bravado US office along with Brad Anderson heading up the US Touring. I helped with setting up the different vendors, from blanks (sourcing) to all the different printers, embroidery. Watched after production to make sure the product made it to the shows on time. Always aware of costing/markup continually searching to manufacture directly and cut out any middle men increasing margins. The company grew and I started developing tour lines for some of the Bands touring in the US. Working directly with the management and artists on their tour,retail and licensing product, developing and coordinating/directing graphic designers, apparel designers, sourcing the different products, having samples made, getting approvals, keeping deadlines, helping with photo shoots. Worked on retail Posters, Calendars programs, Buttons, Tee Shirt programs. Made presentation, headed up meetings with Band’s and Managers. We grew more we started are own retail and licensing division hiring more people, one being an A&R person. And I was promoted to Director of Product Development and helped manage all the different Merch for both the US A&R and Europe A&R teams for Tour products. Managed the day to day with the different bands that I was working with and became the main contact (after A&R) and would keep AR / Tour / Retail / Licensing (US and UK) in the loop and notified them of any potential problems. Managed clients expectations. Managed in-house graphic designer and an assistant. Helped with trade shows and made presentations to clients.I left Bravado when the New York office was closing down the LA office.

Clint's included: Edwin Jeans, Block Dance Wear, Dakota Smith (sunglasses), Rope Gun (climbing company), Matix Clothing (skate company), Fuct (skate company), Porn Star Clothing, Mission Six (snowboard company) Guess Sport, Hot Sails Maui, Neil Pryde, Snow Summit, Mt Baldy. Working directly with designers of the different clothing company's developing and manufacturing "package deals" ... Garment and Finishing, silkscreen, embroidery, custom labels, poly bag, drop ship to stores. Worked with FIDM (Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising) developing and manufacturing innovative / fashion forward promotional items and other various productsI also worked with Bravado International Group (Steve Miles) developing and manufacturing custom garments for Bands on Tour. Mostly Women's tops, having the fabric knitted and dyed to match UK Bravado's samples developed and approved in Europe for the US leg of their Tour.

XXX Merchandising was a start up company that I started with Ronnie Azoff to cater to the Music Tour business and Action Sports industry. Ronnie had just left Giant Merchandising and I left Val Surf to start the business with Ronnie. I had been the General Manager of their 4 stores at the time. Ronnie brought the different Bands in and I brought in different Action Sports Company’s. We had silkscreen machines for printing the tee shirts, and I started to make custom women's tops for our customers because there really weren't many options for wholesale women's blanks at the time. Sourcing fabric having it cut and sewn in downtown LA. We moved into a large volume silkscreen company RPI (Re Productive Images) so that we could watch and control are large orders. Also worked with Cronies a start up Licensing Company a division of RPI with music (Sony) and entertainment (HBO) licenses among others.
