I am responsible for starting up new plants globally in the Beauty Care Category (Bar soap, Bodywash and Skin Care leave on lotion).Responsibility Include:• Manage the Process Development Group responsibilities for the Beauty New Business Creation (NBC) portfolio (4-5 projects) to ensure on-time initiative delivery meeting all readiness requiremento Cost and Feasibility to scale-up up from Pilot lines to Global Manufacturing (Work with Engineering)o Align on Stability and Regulatory requirements/Protocols. o Assign personnel to execute process studies , protocols and stability placement. • Manage the Beauty NBC process organization to ensure capability and resource development.
