When I got my first computer, I remember overwhelming excitement getting it all set up. After I hit the first of many roadblocks with a blank DOS prompt and little idea where to start, then spending hours solving blue screen crashes or missing libraries, I began to realize that problem solving is a core skill and interest. I continue to be committed to learning technology and building skills to tackle larger and more complex challenges.I pride myself in taking on challenging roles. In delivering process automation, historian, analytics and manufacturing solutions across many industries, I aim to learn from each new experience. I have been fortunate to work with great people to teach and build exceptional teams across geographical locations. I have led large teams through calm moments and difficult situations--while maintaining positive team chemistry and morale. I believe a strong team is a key to delivering value to customers, and I am proud to work at RoviSys where organizational culture is valued and promoted. As my career has progressed, I have recognized I am motivated by optimization and improvement, and I am captivated by manufacturing operations and business. Combining these with a background in entrepreneurship, software engineering, delivering technical solutions and developing business strategies has positioned me to build and guide the Manufacturing Execution Systems and Digital Supply Chain practice here at RoviSys.Outside of work, I am a devoted husband and father and spend time with my family and friends whenever I can. Nutrition is an area I am deeply interested in and am always looking for new information to keep my family healthy. I enjoy most outdoor and exercise-related activities including running, boating, skiing and water sports.
