I am responsible for the daily compliance of Environmental regulations and oversee the maintenance and operation of our Waste Water Treatment Plant and our Oil\Water Seperators. I develope and maintain the company's Emergency Response Plan along with all necessary Storm Water Plans. Additional responsibilities include maintaining all necessary regulatory permitting along with employee Hazmat training and working with the Transcaer organization to do First Responder training. On the Hazardous Materials side, I respond to any accidental or non accidental releases from any rolling stock. In my spare time, I oversee the maintenance of all buildings across our rail system. Lastly, to help serve the Rail Industry, I sit as Secretary of our local LEPC and am also involved with the AAR Tank Car and Hazmat Committees.

I was in charge of all fueling and maintenance activities of locomotives out of our Locomotive shop in Akron, OH until the fueling facilities were retired at the end of 2004.
