Perform comprehensive annual reviews and conduct credit screening of standalone amortizing CRE and C&I borrower/relationship whose total aggregate exposure is between $250M- $1,000M. Spread current financial statements/tax returns of the borrowers to analyze the financial condition. Identify loans and relationships having potential credit weaknesses in order to minimize credit/loan losses via early problem recognition. Recommend appropriate risk rating.

Spread and analyze financial statements/tax returns, study and evaluate the information and prepare questions regarding financials and any other relevant information. Interaction with the underwriters and lending staff on all aspects of loan requests. Identify key risks and mitigants to those risks while ensuring the credit policy and procedures are followed. Manage the pipeline of loans in underwriting and any loans approaching maturity. Maintain professional relationship and communication with Loan Officers, Branch Managers, Customers and outside contacts. Follow up with attorneys or accountants regarding missing information or clarification on relevant information within the loan package. Create deal sheets and term sheets for both prospects and existing customers. Process customer needs such as loan pay downs or advances on lines of credit, coordinate meetings, manage phone calls and all other responsibilities as assigned.

Showed strong knowledge of the sport, training and technique. Created a very motivated and competitive atmosphere that created consistency and a sense of responsibility for each athlete. Effectively communicated with parents as well as the team throughout the seasons on how each Regatta and practice would be run.
