Ensure all system files & reference files are loaded onto system before commencement of un_adjusted batch for Regulatory reporting process. Perform control check on the input feeds receive from Source team and highlight in case of any issues. Ensure all data quality issues addressed.☞ Data Validation - Perform sense check on the data received & raise Alarms / Incident in case of any issues.☞ Reference Data - Update system based Reference files onto system before the data gets loaded onto Platfora☞ Query Management– To assist RWA team in addressing all the production queries raised during BAU run. Handling both Data & System related queries and fixing solution immediately by either raising defect / JIRA or providing solutions.☞ Issue Logs – Maintaining & updating issue logs month on month basis and provide solutions strategically for all the issues☞ Incident Management – To ensure, all the production issues, which impacts operational timelines are dealt with Incident Management process.☞ System performance – To ensure the system is ready for monthly RWA production. Check all system activities are done periodically to ensure system performance. Helping Regulatory reporting team users irrespective of all system specific issues.☞ Control Check (Input & Output) – To perform control checks on the data sent to downstream system ☞ Audit – Actively participating in PWC audit requirements and ensure all the audit related works and queries are taken up with utmost priority☞ RWA – Basic understanding on RWA process and help RWA production team in addressing the queries (Adjustment not impacting acct id’s, Data quality issues) etc. by back tracking SQL lineages.☞ Management activities – Being part of WG calls, preparing monthly steer-co papers, executive summary for top management. Updating issues in FACT link’s.

Generating Invoices & taking care of Accounts Receivable, Cash Application for 3 different Business Units. Working in SAP environment, also taking care of Finance MI for third party Business Unit. Was the only individual taking care of 100 plus cost centre's and invoicing for 2bn GBP worth invoices, collections for a month. Going for fortnight calls with BU head's highlighting non-payment invoices, preparing various adhoc MI, going on call with payables team. Maintaining SLA for all BU's.
