I have 6 years’ Experience in Production Planning for a Company that manufactures Taps and Dies based in Kew, Johannesburg http://www.few.co.za. We currently have over 10,000 items in our Inventory Master, which includes all levels of the BOM (5 Levels). We use SYSPRO to help schedule and plan all levels of the Bill of Materials, and use the MRP module to calculate suggested launch dates and quantity to cover forecasted demand. These items include MTS and MTO products. We have limited capacity, and have to ensure that the Loading of work on these Work Centers are adequate In 2012, I successfully completed CPIM (Certified in Production and Inventory Management), and would like to further my training in this field by obtaining my CSCP by 2015, and then finally achieve my BCom. I was on the Steering committee that successfully implemented Syspro in 2012, and I am currently a Syspro System Administrator.I use Excel extensively in conjunction with Syspro, and enjoy making Spread Sheets to help optimize the plant
