• Motivate and encourage teamwork within the warehouse to ensure productivity targets are met and/or exceeded• Plan, coordinate and monitor the receipt, order assembly, and dispatch of goods• Liaison to customers, suppliers, and transport companies regarding stock and deliveries• Design, build and organize warehouse facility layout and needs• Design policies to prevent mistakes and ensure cost effectiveness• Oversee the plan maintenance of company vehicles and warehouse equipment• Oversee weekly and annual inventory checks• Work closely with Owner and CFO to ensure monthly goals are met/exceeded• Forecast future needs of the warehouse based on weekly, monthly, and yearly sales• Handle semi-monthly payroll• Participate in monthly company strategy meetings• Pack orders for local deliveries via company vehicles and/or shipments via UPS, FedEx, USPS & Freight• Stay current with safety guidelines in the warehouse industry (DOT & OSHA)• Hire and train new staff in the warehouse to meet company policy

Attended state, town, and company events through out the state of New Jersey to promote the station and the event we were attending.
