Managed four states focusing on new car dealers with the supply chain of tires needing to sell in service departments. Oversaw the Stocking of fitment tires for all types and model cars that the dealer sold, tracked the sale from the repair order written on the service drive to make sure that the fastest movers and the freshest inventory were achieved.Oversaw book of business consisting of 950 accounts, adding new accounts daily through call center leads and cold call utilizing Salesforce.com and Qlik View to maintain call reports and track sales of all the dealers in my book of business.Managed inventory and covered VINs coming in, ensuring inventory was kept fresh by tracking the automobiles (VIN) vehicle identification number to see what model and type of cars were coming through the service drive. Sales movement of tires, the stock needed, what size and brand were determined with this system.Coordinated with parts manager to make adjustments, send back stale stock, replace with selling sizes, and send back non-movers to the distribution centers to be replaced with new stock or a new fitment.Attended parts and service club meetings for Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, and often would facilitate in these meetings with service and parts managers.Conducted presentations and offered company programs to dealers that would help them make buying decisions from our company to make it more profitable to do business with NTW by offering backend money and warranty programs.Facilitated training seminars for service writers on how to present according to customer needs. Training programs covered Tires 101, and The 5 steps to a tire sale. Training locations ranged from hotels, meeting and conference rooms, and at the dealerships using PowerPoint presentations in a classroom setting.
