I’ve come to understand that I must maintain a mindset in line with the famous quote “The more I learn, the more I realize how much I don't know.” In that regard, I’ve made it a point in life to keep my mind open so I can grow as a person and continuously increase my knowledge and skills. Knowledge is most effective when it can be utilized to achieve goals. I find great satisfaction in being able to look at a goal and mark it off as completed. Then, I seek out another goal to achieve.I like to think, develop ideas, and discuss those ideas with others who have different viewpoints or experiences. This helps me grow as a person and often provides valuable insights for achieving goals.I like to analyze. I often see relationships and patterns which guide me to improve past and developing processes.I am responsible. I take ownership of tasks ensuring they are done in a timely manner with a high level of quality.I am quite capable of working alone but prefer being part of a high-performance team where trust, respect, and mutual support exists.
