There is a lack of understanding of Mental Health in both private and public organisations and I am more than happy to help any entity with upskilling in this area, apart from DWP who in my opinion are too far gone to gain any success in this area. I should name and shame people who still work there who are bullies, but then this would give them attention so I won't at present.
