• Project planning; scheduling the NPI process; creating the project Gantt chart, highlighting key milestones, specifically on engineering tasks.• Analysing supplier quotations and schedules, to ensure the project will be commercially viable.• Main point of contact between overseas suppliers, engineers and UK stakeholders, ensuring the key project milestones were achieved.• Reporting project status at progress meetings to sales, marketing, design and quality departments in a timely manner.• Assisted in securing project funding from parent company Glen Dimplex by creating financial payback documentation for engineering/tooling costs. • Preparing relevant sections of Gate presentations in PowerPoint, highlighting positive and negative points to the business, before moving the project in to the next stage of the schedule.• Worked on several of Morphy Richards innovative projects, including a glass toaster, a hot water dispenser and an app enabled induction cooker.
