These duties include, but are not limited to: Life/Safety, Code Compliance, Risk Management, maintaining accurate accounting principles and procedures, working with proprietary software, MRI, Yardi, Word, PowerPoint, Excel (budgeting, forecasting (re-forecasting), reporting), processing Real Estate taxes, CAM reconciliation(s), qualifying vendors, selecting general contractors, being a construction management liaison between the Landlord, Tenant and General Contractor and facilitating capital, operating and maintenance budgets. Site inspections and timely reporting are essential for the Owners and maintaining Code Compliance with the City, County, State and Federal guidelines and requirements.
