Led the SIS (Shawcor Inspection Services) business unit (formerly Desert NDT). During my tenure, we returned the business to profitability and diversified the business into a full service and industry leading inspection company. I was a member of the Integrity Management Division’s Leadership Advisory Council working to shape strategy, policy, improve business synergies and performances. Additionally, was a team lead in formulating Shawcor’s next planning horizon.*Key Accomplishments: Grew revenues (50%+), profits and cash flow (2X improvement). Doubled crew count, diversified/rationalized service offerings and basin locations to improve ROI and capture new market segments. Improved leadership capabilities, decision making and safety performance (75% improvement). Designed and deployed an innovative risk based quality system to address rising contract risks and ROW dynamics.

Took on responsibility for a distressed organization for share holders, performed full evaluation, formulated and led the organization thru rationalization and sales process. Controlled full P&L and the Rotary Drilling Tools Group of Companies (RDT, Pipe Coatings International and Tubular Repair). I was a Board Member and worked directly with the key stakeholders to formulate and execute the divesture plan. After divesturature, worked in an advisory role.Advisory Engagements:* Provided M&A evaluation & advisory to a public company* Partnered with Senior Executive team to develop a midstream services investment thesis, identified acquisition targets and present investment opportunities to leading PE firms in the energy space.* Advisory Board support for an innovative oilfield water management company start-up.

BrederoShaw was Shawcor's larges division providing engineered pipeline coating solutions for the mid-stream market for both subsea and land. I led BrederoShaw's global operations and manufacturing team made up of 20+ fixed and mobile sites (5000 employees) servicing the major oil basins globally (APAC, EMAR, Americas). Accountable to reliably manufacture products with revenues in excess of 1 Billion USD. I was directly responsible (bid/win/execute) for field services growth in the US (GOM). I worked abroad remotely numerous times to ensure execution plans were realized. Member of the Division’s Executive Council which acted as an Advisory Board to guide strategy, acquisitions, policy and metrics for the organization.*Accomplishments: Oversight for the execution of a 50% top line growth strategy (800M to 1.4B). Developed, deployed and ensured adherence to global operating standards (3 year program), improved safety, quality, and through put performance measures in every category.

P&L accountability (550MM) for the Formation Evaluation (Wireline, MWD, LWD) manufacturing and supply chain organization with locations is US, UK, Europe and Asia. Also, directly responsible for the growth and development of the Global Sourcing team deployed to manage a low cost supply chain (components & sub-assemblies) in Mexico, Poland, China, Singapore and US.*Achievements: Aligned multiple fractured elements to support the Formation Evaluation growth strategy. Worked with global BD and Sales closely to aligning the new organization's capacities and capabilities to meet growth projections (short and long term). Grew Strategic Sourcing from a concept to reality. The teams reliably producing and delivering over 110MM in components, exceeding 20%+ savings to the organization in it's first year.

P&L accountability for a region of a global (200MM) energy focused steel/alloy distribution and manufacturing company. Responsible for the operating teams (6 total sites) located in US & Canada.*Accomplishments: Worked with executive leadership and business development to develop & deploy a vertical integration strategy that improved margins and incrementally increase steel sales. Trained & developed existing management team to be more effective, rationalized cost structure, and developed metrics to drive and improve the organization's reliability. Exceptional and sustainable improvements were made in every measurable aspect of execution (safety, quality and through-put).
