John has been active in the real estate industry for over 20 years with professional experience in development, appraisal, property management, and finance involving a variety of commercial asset classes. John was a member of Marcus & Millichap’s National Senior Housing Group prior to joining JLL and prior to that, a principal with Sperry Van Ness (SVN) Commercial. He has been involved with over $1 billion in commercial, multi-family, and senior housing transactions, and is now squarely focused on senior housing assets with JLL’s Capital Markets Group providing brokerage and debt/equity solutions.
