Led a team of Consultants and Education specialist who were tasked with servicing Blueprint customers. Provided the vision, strategy and execution that insured Blueprint customers were successful with the adoption the Blueprint Software for Requirement Management. Worked closely with customers to understand success and how Blueprint fit into the success criteria. Managed P&L and achieved financial goals.

Responsible for a team of Sales Assistants and Logistics Specialists who coordinated the movement of goods around the globe. Worked closely with customers to develop schedules and success criteria. Insured that customer requirements were met every time. Worked with customers to address issues both with the Peter Igel team and with 3rd party vendors. Responsible for submitting yearly budgets to the board for approval. Worked with the Executive team to review priorities and insure that the corporation has the resources and direction to deliver on those priorities. Worked with suppliers and customers to finalize contracts and to resolve disputes.

A member of North Plains’ executive management team. Directed and controls the global consulting activities for the company. Worked closely with customers to understand their goals for the deployment of North Plains software. Worked closely with support and development to meet customer needs. Led a team of 50+ consultants and managers to achieve P&L goals and commitments to stakeholders.

Provided leadership to managers of seven teams of 40 staff, in supplying consultants to fulfill customer implementation project requirements. Worked with North American senior management to evaluate services pipeline, evaluate needs, resolve issues and provide general vision for future resource direction. Worked with Customer project teams to develop staffing plans to meeting rollout strategy for PeopleSoft Software.
