With over 20 years of experience in the Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing industry, I've dedicated my career to developing cutting-edge pulse power applications technology; leading the design and fabrication process of 7.2kV thyristors; overseeing retrofitting of a 100mm fab to a 150mm facility with the ability to process both Si and SiC devices; and supporting the development of pulse discharge devices for manufacturing high-voltage SiC MOSFETs, diodes, and thyristors with breakdown voltages >20kV. RESEARCH WORK & OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS • Monolithic integration of 600V GaN MOS-HEMTs with LEDs to facilitate ASICs for smart lighting• Authored and Co-authored several IEEE publications in power electronics and pulsed power applications• PI on multiple government-funded contracts• First to successfully integrate LEDs and power GaN transistors on the same substrate
