As a regional sales manager, I am responsible for all aspects of managing the Premier market. I am responsible for hiring, retaining and growing sales talent in the form of Premier Bankers. In addition, I am accountable for achieving sales results and client satisfaction in the market. I manage the Premier sales process including: an effective pipeline of core products (credit, deposit and investment); ensuring productive activities of the Premier Bankers include client contact, pre and post call activities and holding effective sales meetings; coaching people to consistent and improved performance where needed. Further, I am responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with key bank partners, including those in our retail, investment, business banking, commercial and home lending business lines. Additionally, I must ensure that all bank compliance requirements, policies and procedures are followed. Finally, I am accountable for the overall client satisfaction in the region and ensuring that best practices are shared throughout the team. ABOUT CITIZENS PREMIER BANKING GROUP:The introduction of Premier Banking in greater Philadelphia is the most recent example of Citizens’ expanding Wealth Management business across the bank’s 12-state retail footprint. With a lens focused on those clients with $500k - $2 million in investable assets, Premier Banking at Citizens provides them with the high-touch level of service that is necessary for delivering the investment and credit products they require. In addition to Premier Banking, Citizens’ Wealth Management business includes its broker-dealer sales force and Private Banking and Estate Planning divisions. Since 2008, Citizens Bank has offered services to high-net-worth individuals in the Philadelphia area and has plans to expand the existing team later this year.
