I am very fortunate to do a job I love - I provide legal advice, support and guidance to Schools and Academy Trusts. It is scary to think that I have been working with schools for 25 years. The challenges that face Schools and Trusts today are more complex in many ways, but the need to give pragmatic, sensible advice at moments of crisis has not changed. I deliver CPD accredited training across a range of areas for heads, school staff, governors, trustees and clerks. All the training I create and deliver is routed in turning guidance and the law into practical day-to-day measures.I provide a GDPR Data Protection Officer service to a significant number of schools, with a great team of people to support. GDPR is not that bad, so long as you break it down and make it manageable.I am the last person you should contact if you have a problem with land, buildings or employment law (though I do know some great people who can help with those).
