Responsible for the development of vertical market segments and areas of market focus for the pump brands under the PSG umbrella.Development and deployment of; Go-To-Market and Growth strategies with distribution partners within defined geographic territory.Evaluation of distributor performance, working together to develop action steps to ensure goals are met.

Oversight and management for Flygt submersible pumps sales and service facility located in Northern California. Facility also served as a support hub for several other Western US Flygt sales and service facilities. P&L management, sales management, employee relations and company initative deployment represented some of the core responsibilities of the role.Job responsibilities included performing in the role of District Manager for large a Flygt distributor located in Northern California, Shape, Inc.

Responsible for educating sales and service staff for both direct and distribution sales channels on Flygt branded controls products.

Responsibilities included: quoting field service work ranging from routine maintenance to major equipment modification on systems costing up to $1,500,000; supervising field service crew; customer and purchase order entry; field service and system startup scheduling; provided feedback to engineering on product design issues. Interacted daily with ERP software that was used for; order entry, vendor and customer information data, item maintenance and running queries for reporting purposes. I was also responsible for monitoring margins on manufactured and buy-out items for product lines that I was responsible for.

Provided emergency call-out and maintenance service on Vapor Recovery and Combustion equipment located at Petroleum and Landfill facilities.Responsibilities included: Performed same duties as role with John Zink Company in addition to the requirements of running my own business.

Performed installation, startup, maintenance, callout and equipment retrofit service on Vapor Recovery and Combustion equipment located at Petroleum, Landfill and Chemical facilities. Grew an area that had 2 maintenance contracts and $14,000 in sales in 1999 to 38 contracts and $351,000 in sales in 2002. Project Manager for all field service jobs in excess of $30,000 West of the Mississippi. Responsibilities included: Performed same duties as previous position with John Zink Company with the added responsibility of Project Manager. Project Manger responsibilities included the oversight and scheduling of work crews during major equipment retrofits; contractor bid solicitation, invoice auditing and project scheduling and tracking.

Performed installation, startup, maintenance, callout and equipment retrofit service on Vapor Recovery and Combustion equipment located at Petroleum, Landfill and Chemical facilities; Supervised and trained service technicians for the Southeast U.S.Responsibilities included: Conducting preventative maintenance on systems which addressed all centrifugal and liquid seal pumps, electric motors, actuators, heat exchangers, motor starters and electrical PM. Also adjusted system operating set-points and performed any needed calibrations; marketing my area for new customers; provided customers with proposals for needed services, upgrades and field modifications necessary to meet air quality standards; submitting weekly and monthly operating reports to home office. Responsible for the training and supervision of service technicians in the Southeast US.

Conducted air and water pollution testing for various industries including Petroleum, Landfill, Waste to Energy facilities located through-out the Eastern U.S.; supervised and trained technicians to aid in testing; compiled and submitted test reports to governmental agencies; repaired and calibrated various emission analyzers; responsible for marketing, bidding and scheduling testing.
