Leadership, coaching and mentoring of technical specialist teams and investigation teams undertaking administrative, civil and criminal investigations into corporate collapses and suspected breaches of Commonwealth and State legislation.

I led the implementation of the 'Tracing the Future' forensic services review which was a major transformation and cultural change program to uplift forensic services to better support operational policing, the justice system and ultimately, the community of Victoria.

I was nominated by police command to lead the Forensic Services Department which included a large scientific laboratory complex and a statewide workforce of 270 forensic scientists, crime scene police and specialists.
