My experience as a Project Manager has been developed through my initial employment working in the USA with a private surveying company; assessing physical, maintenance and capital need requirements of both privately and publicly owned developments, which culminated with the development of a structured life cycle capital expenditure assessments. On returning to the UK I immediately joined one of the top three contractors in Europe gaining site experience as a Project Commercial Manager. My experience here extended to a variety of multi-million pound new build contracts. I joined GTMS in April 2002 and have developed my Project Management skillset working on a variety of projects; including retail, mixed use, residential and commercial.I have highly developed organisational skills and have an enviable track record of delivering large, complex commercial developments within tight time and budgetary constraints.
