CurrentSteward Healthcare, Boston, MASenior Supply Chain Systems Analyst, September 2002 – Present• Responsible for the maintaining, supporting, enhancing and updating Meditech Materials Management system in addition to Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Billing and the NEHEN insurance verification system.• Daily responsibilities include assisting users, maintaining interfaces, creating reports and setting up user access. • Initiated moving to GHX and continue to provide daily support, maintenance and any upgrades to the GHX system. We currently have over 120 direct GHX connections with vendors.• Works very closely with supply chain team supporting and initiating management objectives, contracts, buyers, local materials mangers and end users ordering products.• Conducts regular training courses to cover any new enhancements and also trains new users on the Material Management workflow. • Meets with supply chain senior management on a weekly basis to work on various enhancement objectives.• Supports hand held scanners for our JIT and other inventories.• Creates, edits, updates and maintain reports out the Meditech Materials Management system to cover topics such purchase orders, invoices, inventory and stock activity, item usage, vendor reports and any other reports pertaining to supply chain. • Responsible for creating scripts to keep the various Materials management dictionaries accurate and up to date.• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel as well as SQL and NPR report writing in the Meditech system.
