Full time as part time HR, payroll, accounting, fabricator, IT, field and packing, fertilizer, irrigation, food safety, audit compliance, mechanic, special projects, and whatever no one else wants to do manager. Trying to do things better with more knowledge and less chemicals. A good job means being able to do things the right way rather than the easy way, even if it doesn’t benefit the bottom line. Most of the time it does though, thankfully. I know I answer to a higher authority and act accordingly.
