General Manager for multiple properties Cove Haven, Paradise Stream, Pocono Palace and Brookdale. In addition to normal GM responsibilities, also oversaw during this span Big Name Entertainment, Design and Construction, Marketing and Brand Building, 20 seat Reservation Call Center, Special Markets wedding and affinity club, IT, purchasing. Enjoyed record revenues, profitability and profitability margins, Guest Satisfaction and Team Member Satisfaction indexes ranking in the top 5% of the Starwood System. Implemented Brand building training, Guest Service Training, Six Sigma process improvement, and Guest Experience improvements.

Worked with the VP of Resort Operations to assure a quality product and delightful guest experience at the four Resorts 750+ guest suites. Key accomplishments include developing the Honeymoon Concierge Program, driving an additional 4,000 honeymoon stays within 2 years. Development and implementation of the manager on Duty Program, Participation and implementation of the Caesars Pocono Resorts Strategic Plan driving revenue, guest experience and profitability.

Resident Manager was the title given to assistant Resort Managers / Hotel managers. I was Resident Manager for both the Brookdale and Paradise Stream properties for a year then the Cove Haven property for 3 years.
