Rise. Grind. Repeat. This motto began as a catalyst in my transformation in fitness and reclaiming myself. Little did I know, it would become the motto for my life. I am an experienced injection molding process engineer with an insatiable appetite for growth and knowledge. I am well studied in many process control theories and their implementation, not only on the factory floor but in all personnel involved on the shipped product. I believe in a repeatable, robust SPC. Taking the time to do the molding process correct on the front half, allows for continual return on the back. Knowledge and understanding of tooling and auxiliary equipment has led to a new edge in my career and in my work environments. Having the scope to see the entire process, from material and tooling, to processing, cooling and automation, on to packaging and shipping has allowed for an excellent advantage in an ever changing landscape in this industry.
